I'm a Researcher at the Autonomous Vehicle Research Group at Nvidia, where I work on brining Physical AI to life in world simulations.

Before joining Nvidia, I worked at Waymo, DeepMind, and Microsoft, and hold a PhD in Reinforcement Learning from the University of Oxford, supervised initially by Frank Wood and later by Shimon Whiteson .

My research interests center on embodied AI, world models, and reinforcement learning. I see tremendous potential in world models as a pathway for AI to grasp the complexities of the physical world, develop a deep understanding of causality, and reason about the consequences of its actions. At the same time, significant challenges remain before world models can be deployed effectively and at scale, making this a particularly exciting time to work in the field.
